Felisha Marques, MPH

Ms. Marques is a project manager at the HDSC. She oversees activities and is responsible for progress and supervision of SDM implementation efforts across the Massachusetts General Brigham System, clinician training efforts, decision aid delivery and feedback, and oversees research coordinators, staff and interns.

She oversees a Donaghue-funded research study across the Massachusetts General Brigham System, which asses measurement of SDM in Orthopedic specialty care, developing and sustaining strong relationships with co-investigators, clinic staff, internal and external advisory committees, and research coordinators. She also manages a PCORI Dissemination and Implementation 3-year grant, working with 12 sites across the country to help establish a reliable workflow to deliver decision aids to patients considering hip or knee replacement or spine surgery.

Ms. Marques also assists in precepting students who are completing their applied learning experience for their Master in Public Health Program at Tufts University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Assumption College and a Masters of Public Health degree from The University of New England.
