We are excited to announce a 3-session workshop to teach clinicians and researchers how to create decision worksheets for clinical practice. The interactive and hands-on learning sessions will show you how decision worksheets can be used to communicate risk and efficiently elicit patients’ goals and concerns.

Shared decision making is a cornerstone of patient-centered care and effective research collaboration. By attending this workshop, you will learn how to design decision worksheets that encourage patients to be actively involved in the decision-making process.
